This type of workout deals not only with strengthening the muscles but also reduces body fat. Besides muscle shaping strengthening exercises during the training we apply circulation enhancing, pulse increasing parts. Thus we reach more goals at the same time:

  • our muscles become tighter
  • the layer of fat covering them – the fat belly, thighs, bottom and arms – get thinner.

The training consists of medium and high intensity exercise, easy to follow steps and combination of steps as well as a program to move big muscle groups of the whole body.

During the exercises we use tools such as a rubber band, ankle and wrist weights and ball.
